When I am participating I think of the person’s name, lay down, and get into a meditative state and push my healing energies over to the person chosen. The owner of the channel also participates and says healing words and tries to make the person that needs healing to receive the energy. For me when I do it my body starts to tingle and produce heat so I hope my energy is reaching the chosen person that needs healing.
