I’ve been trading on adopt me since 2019 and the BEST way to get good trades is by KNOWING your values. This seems obvious but knowing the origin of your pet and how much it’s worth will help you get good trades. For example let’s say you’re offering for a Frost Dragon and you put up a parrot and some adds. I could then type in the chat “I added a cow which gets over pays by many people and has very high demand” or “I added a elephant which is from the 2019 safari egg update so it’s very old”. People value your pets more once you explain their origin and how much they’re worth so they think they’re getting a better deal. You’re welcome!

Depends, people do this with lower stuff and it just annoys me, especially when they don’t get their facts straight. Eg, I got told that the river doll was very old and when I said it wasn’t they said it was from 2021.. I corrected them to 2023

@@AliyahLewis-tn8jz watch people on TH-cam trading your pet, use trading sites, I think Elvebredd is the best in general but you could always check on gg for fr stuff (it doesn’t allow you to put no potion pets in), ask people on your server/a rich server
@@AliyahLewis-tn8jz the ancient dragon is one of the legs from the basic egg update from 2022 you can use the journal to learn the orgins
So some things ive learned from experience is that:
1. Always know your values. If u domt know values you can end up with pets like zodiac minion chick or diamond griffin which i did.
2. Look for people who actually want what ur trading as a dream pet and are rich. This means checking profile before hand. Some people will overpay if its thier dp.
guys ik it’s 3 months later, but these tips helped so much oh my gosh. Also, don’t ask to add. One trade I traded a kangaroo and a pink cat for an attic reindeer! They were so over!

I can relate. I Got the Royal Capucin from the box, and i really wanted to trade it, but i didnt get any good offers. That is, until i Got offered 3 neon gohsts, a gingerbread cat and 7 Golden Mahi Mahis. It turns out it was the persons dream pet. Now i can make a mega neon Gohst, with is much more rarer than the Royal Capucin i think....

one time I was trading ride potions and someone offered a RIDEABLE POLAR BEAR so I guess they didn't know they were very over. They put it in trade and I asked if they were sure and the ACCEPTED and to this day, I still have him because he was my dreamnpet!!

Thanks now i got 4 dogs and some good ultra rare adds for my neon dog and i used age potions to make the dkg again basically just getting some free pets
4:00 this happened to me once a girl was asking me if I can offer her ride potion and I offered a ride pet (id remember) and she said " uh do u have an owl?" I told her my sister had one but she was working on a neon owl and I said to her that my sister needs it and she told me..."but I kinda want the owl 😇😊😊😊🤪😝😜😝" (that's what she put fr) to this day I cant believe her and how she acted..
Speaking of patience I waited for the best offer for my nfr turtle and someone offered me a nfr dalmatian and an adds and my d*mb*ss who doesn't know values just declined until somebody said it was a good offer (The person with nfr dalmatian left:( )

Well one time I was in adopt me and someone asked to trade and I said ok and they added the BEST FR Pets I ever saw JUST FOR MY NEON CAT! But I wasn’t sure… bc I got that neon cat yesterday so……… I had no choice but to decline. And I also had another point, I was trying to make it mega so giving it to them would make the process VERY hard
Why I didn’t saw this before I traded my koala it was a trust trade and I got scammed i traded it for my whole inventory 😭😭
You are right about being patient bc someone wanted my neon border collie, and an other neon but I said no next thing Someone needed a neon border collie, and I got one of my dream pets!
I know this was an example..but tbh I don’t really think this a good strategy for overpays I tried and not even one person gave me a lil bit of overpay most of them were under :(

This is very good to do, except is you are in a Spanish server, I can say that them if you say add, decline, if you say hi, decline, if you quit a pet, decline. They are impossible
Tbh Adding hmm to everything makes you seem passive aggressive. Like if you said hmmm can u add to me it just makes me think your better than me and ill prob decline or leave mis trade ro avoid it. Idk might be just me but id want someone to match my energy like it i said "heyyyyy can i offer? :) " if you said "hi sure" ill get embarrassed or ill just feel like u don't have the right vibes to take good care of my pets so ill decline or leave tbh its so fun to have someone super excited for a trade and ill match there energy.
