This is great! I love the warrior but was feeling kinda lacking in terms of movement so I'm glad I got to watch this to know the tricks about dash + solar flare, was getting jealous of other classes moving so fast from mob to mob as awakening lol.
hehe yeah, there is quite a few movement tricks for warrior, but once you learn them he can really zoom around! It was actually one of the things that kept me off warrior for a while too - but then i saw "Whole" (legendary warrior, Deletion here on youtube) in a tournament, and i couldnt believe the movement i saw! Its such a fun class

Your question isnt that easy to answer just in text, but ill try :) If you drop by my stream at some point, ill try and give you a way better explanation! If you mean 1-8 on my keybindings? I honestly dont remember which i have where, it should show on the video, but i dont use alot of hotkeys to activate abilities. If you get a Fairy, it can learn a skill called "miraculous cheer" that will allow your fairy to use potions for you. If you are awakening, you can use your pre-awakening, no way to turn that off. If you activate pre-awakening skills from awakening, you can always lock those skills in your skilltree (k), to avoid doing that. But i wouldnt suggest that, most of those skills are very useful. Just takes time getting used to it.
So far, i havnt been asked about input from PA on it, but i hope they will eventually. My main hope for it a rework of some of the useless abilities, like Frenzied Dash. Hopefully giving us some sort of Large Scale disengage abilitiy.

Hey :) Just started out BDO and im not gonna lie,you had a huge influence on me picking warrior :D But im super confused after your guide...so youre not an awakening warrior,youre some sort of hybrid? youre still using sword+shield. I feel like thats misleading or what am I missing? My plan was to not even have Sword+Shield equipped :D If i already get a greatsword,i wanna use that and only that. not much point in an "awakening" if i still use my old weapon. So is there a guide to awakening warrior or is that the awakening warrior and its just a hybrid and i have to deal with it?
Yeah it can be a bit confusing, but its because of how the game evolved over time. Originally you only had your mainhand stance, then after some time, your class got "awakened" and we got the Greatsword. But as awakening you still have access to your mainhand kit. Succession came YEARS later, and was specialized in the mainhand with no access to awakening. So on awakening, you still can/need to use your mainhand kit for different things (the sword/Board), but for warrior, all your dmg abilities are in awakening. You cannot lock yourself out of your shield stance. You get used to it very fast for warrior though, as you only use it for movement, and then dash back into awakening for dmg.

Any tips for grinding Thornwood etc? The mobs CC me a million times per pack, even when I try rotating SA/FG moves. I really wanna grind the Orzeca outfit but getting cc'd so often is tilting me.

Hey Bob! There should be starting a new season on Wednesday, and i would 100% recommend making a new char for that. However, you dont have to delete your current warrior, you can just make an extra Champion. If you were to delete your current warrior, all the stuff you used on him would be lost. All the items on him, you could just move into your storage, and it will be there for your other champ to pick up.

This is the Arsha Greatsword skin, it was rewarded to the winner of the recent Best In Class tournament for each class. BP won the tournament among other NA warriors while on 200 ping no less! He has a video talking about that, super interesting. So the skin is exclusive only to the people that won the tournament of their class.

Depends if you are awakening or succ. I go over this question in my gear guide video, so i would suggest checking that out! But the tldr is: bs mainhand pen dande if you are awakening, is what i would suggest.

It's not always easy, but my best suggestion is to just try and rotate between protections. In pvp your 1st goal should be to always be in some sort of protection: SA, Block, Frontguard etc
Bruh... I took my seasonal warrior to Aakman after looking for a portal for 30 mins. I finally find one and I get teleported to the very top floor of Aakman. As I was making my way down down I went to practice the "Hystria" combo on the first little group of mobs that sit off to the side of the stairs and I fucking slashing'd myself off the side and I fell for 20 seconds all the way to the very bottom lmao I didn't even know you could do that... and to top it all off I was 10 pearls short of a tear and you can't buy pearls while you're dead.
Well, you most definitely got the Vanilla Aakman Experience it sounds like! It sucks dying without having a tear to use, but on the bright side you dont lose anything from dying to fall dmg! Except ofc your time cus now you gatta ress at node and find a portal again :\

That being said, i did dmg test it aswell just now, and the difference werent really noticeable, so the reduction dosnt seem to be much, but, its indeed there! Thx for the correction
The basics is, not too much has changed with warrior - but if you are trying to optimize the combo etc for more endgame grinding, then this isnt too relevant no. But for picking up warrior and getting a hang of the basics, then yeah, should still be mostly applicable

Yep, anything is enough. More fps IS better for warrior, but you can ofc play it with lower! Dont sweat it =)

Make sure you have 5 movement and 5 attack speed! Helps alot with the speed connecting abilities.
