Hi Kathrin❣️ My son found this great app called Yuka, where you can scan barcodes on skincare (Fab Fit Fun), food, etc. and you'll get a numerical rating - 1 thru 10, along with any harmful and/or good ingredients ❣️ Shocked that the one ingredient that keeps sending products into the bad zone is the preservative, Phenoxyethanol. I researched it and found: "It can be considered dangerous".😳
And it’s in almost everything as a preservative. It’s so scary everything they use!

I joined WW and just tried Javy. Do you use Splenda? The brown sugar bothered me because of points. If WW changed, did you have to change your program? Love your videos. ♥️
Yea, I was “off plan” for a couple weeks around Christmas and treated myself to the sugar but I almost always use Equal or Sweet and Low. When WW changed basically I lost free potato points and gained the fat free yogurt, fish and beans. I’d give it all back for the potatoes…lol
