Back in the early 90’s I had a Rod Builder make me a 7’ Ultralite Rod and I bought the mallets Zebco Quantum and 4 pound line. Stream Trout fishing is the absolute best fishing ever. I fished the streams in the NYS Southern Tier. My favorite stream was the East Koy Creek 7 miles south of Warsaw in the town of Gainesville. It goes right thru the middle of Woodstream Campsite. Got the limit there 100’s of times..
Oh I’m so sorry that you lost your Diamond stone from your ring 😢. I lost the diamond setting from my engagement ring too but I was as lucky, the jeweller replaced my entire ring. Maybe check where Cole bought it and see what they can do for you. But if you don’t want a Diamond, cubic zirconia is a beautiful substitute and so inexpensive. Check them out. The top wish on my bucket list would be to bring my mom to Arkansas and pay you to take us fishing. She is 80 and all she has ever wanted to do is spend every day fishing. She lives in Florida and doesn’t get to go as much as she wants do but she can’t go by herself. She loves watching your videos as much as I do but she just gets mad that it’s not her! 😂
that happened to us too. robin lost the center stone to her wedding ring somewhere. we scoured the car and the house to no avail but nothing came up.we even took all the water traps off in the house and the basement but nothing was found but a mess. my best advice to anybody is to have all the maintenance done to your ring that you can do and on a timely basis. she said that she thought one of the prongs on her stone was loose. i told her to take it to the jewelers and have it tightened but she kept putting it off. well soo much for that advice, so after around 1300 dollars she had a new stone but that's NOT the original one. we are sorry about your lose because you cant replace the sentimental value of the original. now make some new memories with the new stone.

Any rings you have with settings hold them up to your ear and shake them vigorously.If the stone is loose you will hear a faint rattle. Get an eye loupe to inspect your stones too. Sorry for your loss. But things happen. Don’t be too upset. Remember material things can be replaced! Also your prongs may need to be longer. Are you sure it was on when you left? Check around house, bed, prongs get caught on covers. Check traps in shower, sinks etc.

That happened to me, too! Lost my engagement diamond in a grocery store…searched but didn’t find it. So then, I wore my deceased mother’s engagement ring, and that diamond fell out of its setting when I put my hand in a vending machine to retrieve coins. Thankfully, I saw it and was able to retrieve it. Prior to that, I had even had the prongs checked by a jeweler; but they were the kind of prongs that were prominent and probably got smacked a lot. Now that engagement diamond is in a safe place, awaiting my daughter’s inheritance of it…someday, but not too soon, I hope…and I no longer wear an engagement ring. Been married over 50 years…diamond not required for marital bliss.

But if it is that 0lae behind the fishery, that culvert that water pours out of there, there use to be a sign saying no fishing beyond here to waterfall dam area? Been couple years since I've been there but use to be out there every week for many of years. So you might check into that I honestly know that use to get illegal waters past the culver5 out of the hatchery pond behind the chain link fence? I love your shows Cole and Jay
You should try a silver green castmaster 1inch or 11/2 you will catch more and bigger trout with it. I have used every lure for trout and by far the best. I buy 20 a year because you will loose them. But when they are not really hitting you will crush them and when they are you will get tired of catching them and have to give your arms a break
Has happened to my wife twice, first time replaced with bigger stone. Could of been whole ring can’t remember. Second time she made appt to get new stone but didn’t go yet. It was mid winter and I had just shoveled the snow and was walking into garage when the sun came out and there was a bright glint on floor, walked over and picked up stone!!! They polished and reset it!!!
