Honestly, I'm proud of 2NE1 collab-ing with will but they sound good with what Teddy produced. I mean 'I Am The Best', 'Try To Follow Me', 'I Don't Care' and all their other song.. 2NE1 is already good enough for an American debut! They don't need any other producer. KUSH, Teddy and LydiaPaek are excellent producers for 2NE1!! They can advance well as 2NE1, thr's no need for them to change and try to fit in with the American market. Whats unique is standing out! 2NE1 is already unique!! 3
So true bout the sound that was produced...but lyrically, Korean doesn't always translate into English and so English lyrics done in a lot of the YG songs just don't level up to the lyrics they do in Korean-its just a lotta ghetto slang. I mean, I wish they could find American counterparts for each of the girls that act just as lyricists, but really, really good lyricists-Like Black Eyed Peas, circa their first two albums back back back in the day before they blew up hellugh, kinna good.
