The Best Way to Cook Yippee Noodles - Chinese Style Instant Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
Yippee Noodles - 2 Packs
Garlic Chopped - 4 cloves
Green Chili chopped - 1 number
Onion Sliced - 1 small number
Carrot Sliced - a little
Capsicum Sliced - a little
Cooking oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
Red chili sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Water - as needed

As many people keep asking the same question regarding adding salt to this recipe. Simple answer is, you do not need to add any salt to this recipe because the taste maker that comes with Yippee noodles has enough salt. If you by any chance feel the recipe doesn't have enough salt, you can add a little at the end of the recipe and give a little toss in the pan before serving. But, I find this recipe tastes perfect without adding additional salt.

May be no one tried it but every small piece of carrot or any other vegetables seen in the masala of yipee is just dried and shrinked. You just cook it long enough and it will grow to its original size.
