Just cracked a bottle of 22b, and drinking it as I watch the review! Cheers! Just subscribed. Love the set! I’m surprised y’all don’t have more subscribers
They have the batch number of that bottle on them. With the older batches not being identified individually (had to look up proof), this helps with easily distinguishing the batches.
@@bradg23yes, you're right. Blanton's is not the same Mashbill. I think they mentioned it just because they were drinking that before they did the review. Blanton's is Mashbill 2 or higher Rye along with Ancient Age, Hancock Reserve, Elmer T Lee, and Rockhill Farm. I seem to like Mashbill 1 better, which is your Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, Stagg, and George T Stagg.. However, looking at this list, I can see why Buffalo Trace is considered a great distillery. 😂😂 I just started my Bourbon journey a year ago and I've been going down that rabbit hole ever since.

Thank you for the kind words! We might have a 23a video coming soon! Keep an eye out!
Here in MN $400-$600 minimum ! What State are you in?
Yeah we understand we are lucky, if we can get a bottle. We are in Utah. State run stores.
A friend of mine lucked into a Batch 18 Stagg (first one to drop the junior handle) for $50.
That’s a great deal! We really did love this batch!
Want to try one so bad lol
Worth the hunt for sure!
Don’t look for it 😂 I know you’ll find it!
What are the tags on the necks of the other bottles of Stagg?

$50, yeah good luck, more like $300 on the secondary.
Yeah totally get the more "real" price of Stagg. We know we are lucky on the prices we get, if we actually get a chance to buy it.
@@StillWhiskey got 4 bottles of Stagg for $55/ea. 2-22a, 22b, and a jr batch 17. and no, Blantons is definitely not the same mashbill as Stagg.
