Unfortunately my Mr Chicken did not turn out sexy 😆 I usually avoid using breasts because they’re dry and tough, but wanted to follow Akis’ recipe. Unfortunately they were just as I have experienced before, and the recipe was below average. Even the sauce was a bit bland - perhaps there was more in the tomato sauce added into the recipe by Aki than just chopped tomatoes - I would recommend using thigh fillets which are juicy tender and full of flavour to see if that makes a difference.

You can use any vinegar that is available in your local supermarket, or you can use wine (if you are able to).
I'd say red wine would be the best substitute to get the deep flavor, but alternatively use any vinegar (preferably wine vinegar)
