    How is Cost of living in Longmont$$$
    How does schools rank for education
    How bad is Traffic Congestion each way in and out of town
    What is expected population in one year
    More then 30 restaurants but none are really spectacular.

      Cost of living is very high second in the country traffic isn't too bad for a major city

    • @michaelroscoedrabouskyrock2606
      @michaelroscoedrabouskyrock2606  ปีที่แล้ว

      THX for the questions!
      Cost of Living- So longmont sits in both Boulder County and Weld County. For Boulder county, it's substantially less expensive than Boulder, Lafayette, Erie , Louisville and even Lyons. Now for Weld County, it's priced slightly higher as most cities WEST of I-25 are more expensive.
      Schools- Like anywhere, schools can be tricky to find what suits your particular child's needs. Here are some of the best in Longmont: Twin Peaks Charter Academy (K-12), Silver Creek High School, Longmont Estates Elementary School (PK-5), Fall River Elementary School (PK-5)
      Traffic- most traffic is situation on Main street running north to south connecting Longmont to Broomfield (south) or Loveland (north). Rush hour is busy on Main st (287). Then East to west- Ken Pratt Boulevard. Connects Boulder to Longmont and Longmont to I-25. The Boulder to Longmont side definitely has traffic but nothing that will drive you crazy.
      Population- 2020 Census puts population just under 99,000. My guess is we will see over 101K this year 2023
      Restaurants- YES< sadly this is where it lacks. Some of my favorites in NO particular order: Sumo Sushi, Georgia Boys BBQ, Rosalee Pizza, Caprese Trattoria, The Roost, Jefe Tacos,
      Thanks for asking these GREAT questions! Happy to assist anytime! Feel free to call or text- 970-930-1782

      Hey Patricia! Thx for watching the video and the comment. Sorry to hear you have such a negative view of this state. Allow me to address some of your points- Too cold? Average winter temp from December to March is 30’s to 50’s, not that cold. Land and rent prices are high- I’ll agree here but there ARE towns/locations that are very affordable. Drivers are crazy? I’ve lived on the east coast and Cali, these drivers are nothing compared to those crazy drivers. And NOT a friendly state? Not sure at all about this. Boulder is consistently ranked as one of the top cities to live for happiness and best city to live. While Colorado in general is usually ranked in the Top 5 of any national poll you will find as being the friendliest state in the country. Life is all about what you make it. If you want to have a great experience here in Colorado, go out, engage with new friends, and make it what you want it to be. Thx again for the comment. Maybe I’ll do a Top 5 Reasons NOT to live in Colorado. Thx for allowing me to see your perspective 😊

      Hey Marissa! First off Happy Friday and THANKS for checking out my video. To answer your question, YES & MAYBE. I'm a single individual working for myself. Like anywhere, hard work makes your life easier for sure. My guess is if you are from NYC, you know all about this. Colorado's cost of living and housing is considerably less than NYC and probably most of the popular east coast cities/towns. I grew up outside of Philly- Go Eagles :) Towns like Longmont, Loveland, Johnstown etc which are a bit outside of the city of Denver or Boulder is where you will find the most affordability. But that really depends on what you consider "comfortable & affordable". Send me an email and we can talk away from so many eyes and discuss your current situation. Hit me up at roscoeexp@gmail.com.
