JYP himself said multiple times that he isn't at all communicating with the boys before except Chan (middle man) and he told Chan to form a group and present them to him if he thinks they are ready. He puts his trust on Chan and Chan picked all members himself. Gosh, look at them now! That is why Chan is so thankful for them coming to JYP to train because now finally he has his own family/group! To debute with such difficult songs which was self produced and choreography which strains your bones,this stage presence and charisma,their performance was better than most of top idols performances that night. you know what I really like about this performance? A lot of the big performances in mama tend to have fancy stage settings/props or concepts, that sometimes it's hard to focus on the actual singing and dancing. But stray kids filled up nearly 7 minutes of stage just with rapping, singing, and dancing, and these were enough to make their performance so eye-catching and energetic. That's why I consider this as one of the best mama stages... and I hate mnet for not inviting them this year :(

Huge respects for them as a rookie group to sing live in MAMA at their debut year. Just showcase how good they are in singing, rapping and dancing. 3racha are the MVP though. Han and Changbin must felt very nervous yet they could still deliver such great rap. Respect.

The courage and talent straykids holds is insane and a not seen before strength. To debute with such difficult songs which was self produced and choreography which strains your bones,this stage presence and charisma,their performance was better than most of top idols performances that night. This performance is the whole entire reason why I became a stay, their energy and power during this performance was *OUTSTANDING* I’m shaking and smiling like a idiot due to how much I enjoyed this performance, they are such kind, funny and loving people off the stage but it’s hard to believe that they are the same people. Bang Chan, Kim Woonjin, Lee Minho, Seo Changbin, Hwang Hyunjin, Han Jisung, Lee Yongbok, Kim Seungmin and, Yang Jeongin, thank you for all the memories I will remember in the future!

you know what I really like about this performance? A lot of the big performances in mama tend to have fancy stage settings/props or concepts, that sometimes it's hard to focus on the actual singing and dancing. But stray kids filled up nearly 7 minutes of stage just with rapping, singing, and dancing, and these were enough to make their performance so eye-catching and energetic. That's why I consider this as one of the best mama stages... and I hate mnet for not inviting them this year :(
