I think its better for you to use bronya ult after blade do his skill, so that the buff get bonus turn... like for the example, the buff you put on seele and that buff will still on the same turn because of her resurgenc, and this happen too for blade enchance basic atk and the buff turn will stay for 2 turn if you use bronya ult after bladie use his skill ... i hope u know what i'm trying to tell bcs i'm bad at it lol 😅😅

This is a very relatable vid as far as character power levels. In fact, I think some of my characters are slightly more built but I can’t get past the first half cause someone always dies. The only difference I can see that your team has more speed which may make the difference. Can you get this result consistently or do you have runs where characters die often? Any tips cause I’m not sure what else I can do at this point haha 😂

Speed is very important, especially in the first half! I can clear pretty much every time consistently thanks to how often Silver Wolf and Kafka can break the enemies and interrupt their attacks.
My advice is to build everyone on your team to have at least 134 speed, as this is the breakpoint that allows characters to move twice on the first cycle of a wave.
If you're struggling with survival, then make sure to save some SP for your healer to top everyone off. Also check to make sure that your supports have sufficient HP and DEF to avoid getting one-shot, and that your healer has an energy recharge rope to maximize their healing.

134 speed you get 2 turns every 3 turns and 150 speed you get 2 turns every 2 turns

Tingyun’s ult gives energy so he uses kafka’s ult before so he can do another kafka ult sooner. Overall he does more damage

To add on, ulting with Tingyun gave Kafka the DMG% buff, which increased her DoT damage when the two bosses took their turn right after Kafka.
Using Tingyun's ult early also lets her start regenerating energy faster if the enemies hit her.
