How are you doing Randy? I own a q2 acre lot near Camden, Tennessee and wanted to do wiring in my 40 foot shed but I'm unsure about the regulations to do so. Do I need my shed to have a foundation or can I install an electric panel even if this shed is sitting on top of cement blocks? It's anchored to the ground btw. I would appreciate your guidance..gracias!

I had a modular home. We had a fire. Found out that most of the wiring in the home had nails through them. Had to come on late but thought you'd like to know I trust you guys. Will never buy another modular home. Tiny house fdom Randy all the way now. Thanks!
@40:40 all electrical wiring has to be run while interior exposed and then boxed in any structure.You can get an inspection whenever you want just like anyone who builds or owns something they want inspected.

Scott County Ky is the most strict inspectors I have ever encountered. They would nail you for a crooked staple just so they can charge for re- inspection .
Electricity is easy, plumbing is for dummies, learn solar and you'll know why this is just a funny video. The most complicated thing about electricity is boring all those annoying holes, just no way around it so where's the knucklehead to corner the market on pre bored studs...ijs
