I experienced high level anxiety most of my life. Only in the past few years have I felt relief. I lived with it for so long I thought it was just me. I would encourage anyone who deals with it,that relief is possible
You can’t do it yourself. But God can. Clearly you understand it’s strong. Therefore Surrender everything you ever believed about anxiety. All the lies and chains told to you from the devil or from yourself. Began to learn and trust on everything he says, and be honest about your weakness to the Lord. He will pull through. But you need to believe HE CAN. Then he when the trust recovery begins.
