I used to have fainting goats and when they were little they would faint over almost anything but when they got older they pretty much just stopped fainting

Need a small catch pin to gain their trust. Feed works to but take it away after a month and only give treats after that. Train them like a dog pretty much

You have to make the goats feel comfortable with grain then use a umbrella and open it up to scare it. You have to catch them off guard when they are comfortable

To make them faint.. scare them by taking an umbrella, point it at them, and open it up really fast.. that always worked for mine 😂😂

You already have three mini donkeys and a pony that would be perfect additions to a petting zoo. Start hand feeding them and getting them conditioned to being touched by people so they’re not so skittish. Even Carol could be good for a petting zoo with similar conditioning.
For the new property you should build a corral system and find chute to be able to catch animals. This would help you when loading in the trailer or vet calls to the farm!

We have the same appliances the oven is really nice. The fridge you have in the back kind of sucks because the door flap on the side sometimes slams into the other door. 😢
I think "Turtle" can be good for her personal zoo. You can make a little pond in that particular area.

Flair I used to take care of some emu and a turkey when I was 12-16years old. 1 emus are nice if you’re around them regularly they’re smart and can remember faces. 2 turkeys are the scariest birds to keep imo. We had a broom stick to keep the turkey away. The emus would try to help by charging the turkey. Point of this is…. You need emu.

The goats are adorable, but you are right - they should have fainted when you went to catch them or "roared" at them in that corner. They are beautiful animals though. I'm a bit concerned that they will need hair cuts from time to time (sheering?). It would be once every several years aside from a bangs trim, lol, though so you will likely be good.
They'll do well with a "chunguss" rabbit and some silkie chickens in Brooklyn's petting zoo. You are a good daddy, uncle (and momma of course) for doing this for Brooklyn. She's a lucky little girl. Now all she needs is that little pony! Ponies can be very good with small children (and grown men who are timid around full sized horses). You just have to find the right one and have them show you how good it is with kids and adults alike. I would recommend getting a pony from a farm as opposed to an auction where people can say whatever they want (goats that faint, for example).

Love the new additions bro! It's a surprise factor for those goats. Also I doubt they are fainting and I wouldn't continue trying to do so on purpose, you'll end up making them dislike people and also seen goats die from stress, along with cows as my grandparents were ranchers/homesteaders

You called them *Baby Cows* at the auction. My Aunt and Uncle have owned a small Beef Farm since the early 50's and I spent many summers there, helping work the farm as a kid while growing up!
Baby Cow's are actually called Calves!
I've watched your channel for several years now and saw you and the guys eat just about everything. You really should try Calf Tongue done medium rare in a frying pan with onion's, pepper, garlic and a light steak seasoning of your choice!
I Personally Guarantee that you and the guys will enjoy it so much that you'll definitely eat more of it, year round!
Definitely something everyone should at least try once during your life!

You should put something above the gun room bookshelf so it looks floor to ceiling and less likely to be a door. Also you could maybe add things to make it look like an electric heater or electric fire place so it seems to have some other, specific function, even if it doesn't.

If you want to make the goats faint maybe try a reverse bungee thing that you see at the fairs I've seen those make a lot of people faint. In all seriousness though I wonder if they just aren't fainting because they've already been scared enough at the auction

Camels are a lot like cats in personality. They bond with you and want to spend time following the owner around. They are really cool. Zebras are mean and will try to kill you. Asian water Buffalo are great also. Spent lots of time with them. Really friendly and docile.

Beefalo is some of the best meat I've ever had . Use to be a restraunt by me that served it for burgers
keep them in a smaller area until they get use to you guys..and then let them in the bigger area.. id say that pretty much works with everything :) Emos are pretty cool... maybe try get some young ones, like babies. They had some cool things at that place.
