Problem is that Nato is no longer just a Defensive alliance, as it have expanded eastwards several times and have been on the offensive and attacked multiple countries since the break up of the Soviet Union.

Actually its pretty common thing, Russians and before them Soviets usually send/sent planes along our coast, and as every nations do .. they scramble jets to identify the jets that are flying. Despite what you might thing... a Radar only tells something is there, it does not nessesary tells what it is, thats why you send up planes to identify and tell the others .. we are watching !!! (well they might not even know the F-35's are even there). And what you might not maybe know is that the russians have been pretty aggressive up here with GPS jamming and that ... is dangerous as civilian airtraffic up here have felt that at times, sometimes their only navigation have been visual flying !!! and we know the source of this jamming comes from the russian side.

Russia was pretty hopeless in WW2 it took them 3 years to inflict a major defeat against Hitler's armies on the eastern Front at Stalingrad and that's only because the weaker Hungarian and Romanian held lines were penetrated. Australian and NZ troops were able to defeat a German division in WW2 in North Africa at Tobruk long before the Soviet Union and capture German held territory. I served in the Marines and I can tell you NATO is the problem. Think of it this way. During the Cold War Russia had buffer zones with the Warsaw pack countries. NATO still has this but Russia does not. Imagine if you put NATO forces into Ukraine. Kyiv to Moscow is only 800 miles apart. Kyiv is not even the most eastern city in Ukraine. If someone from NATO fires a missile into Russia it can hit Moscow in 1.5 to 2 minutes. There is no response time. That means, Russia will have to retaliate with for force. There is no time for de-escalation. Counties like the US and Russia do not have time to stop what has started. NATO wants war with Russia that includes our corrupt politicians in DC. I'm not a fan of Putin but you can see where this is going. The US military is not getting my kids to go fight this war.

There is a new possibility to end these tensions between NATO and Russia being built over the past years but it might mean a diminished role for NATO going forward and NATO cannot afford to let its relevance disintegrate. With Russia not backing down, something has to give and we may be witnessing the last days of NATO.

One piece of advice guys is never a good idea to get involved in family disputes; Russia and Ukraine are intertwined, they are all the same brothers and sisters, husband and wife, family and friends, Ukraine used to make most of Russia weapons. To be honest, there won't be a war between them, there might be a special op, but that's all.

First of all this is not a family dispute. Ukraine and Russia are two distinct and separate sovereign states and Ukraine is moving towards the West whether Putin likes it or not. Secondly, as things stand, a special op is an act of war and NATO is not going to stand by idly as one of its allies is attacked by Putin.
The solution is easy. NATO just has to announced that Ukraine as to abide to it's obligation of the Minsk agreement first to gain back enough diplomatic trust before they accept to receive any request from Ukraine to join NATO. Ukraine has lost the diplomatic trust of the vast majority of the UN Security Council members. They have almost all express that they favor the diplomatic continuation of the Minsk Agreement discussions above all other diplomatic solution of the current crisis.

It´s not quite true that the talks are going nowhere. They are going in the right direction for a Russian point of view. They have got written answers from the Americans, something they purely denied to give the Russians in the beginning. The talks have divided NATO and EU. Croatia have said no to support this western made situation. So have Hungary and I believe Bulgaria. France, Italy, Germany are not all on board and some few other EU countries. So the Talks are moving things in a certain direction, while America and NATO are making fools of themselves........ again talking/threatening Russia with measures that will only harm Europe it self. Despite what you might thing... a Radar only tells something is there, it does not nessesary tells what it is, thats why you send up planes to identify and tell the others .. we are watching !!! (well they might not even know the F-35's are even there).

If someone from NATO fires a missile into Russia it can hit Moscow in 1.5 to 2 minutes. There is no response time. That means, Russia will have to retaliate with for force. There is no time for de-escalation. Counties like the US and Russia do not have time to stop what has started. NATO wants war with Russia that includes our corrupt politicians in DC. I'm not a fan of Putin but you can see where this is going. The US military is not getting my kids to go fight this war.

I am very much concerned about the ongoing conflicts between Russia and Ukraine. I strongly felt that war is not a solution to any differences that both the countries might have but instead it deepens the hostility between the two.
As a result of the ongoing conflicts, both the countries have been suffering mass destruction and casualties. Infact, my heart aches when I see the mass destruction that takes place during the war between the two countries.
At the beginning of the conflicts there was a video of Kyiv where hundreds of people were happily moving around. Kyiv city is so beautiful and our ancestors took lots of effort and hardwork to build it in such a way, which we are just destroying it within a matter of time.
I would humbly request you to kindly stop the conflicts and find amicable solutions to all the differences that both the countries may have. There are many thousands joining in prayer with us around the world for a new dawn of peace in Ukraine.

One piece of advice guys is never a good idea to get involved in family disputes; Russia and Ukraine are intertwined, they are all the same brothers and sisters, husband and wife, family and friends, Ukraine used to make most of Russia weapons. To be honest, there won't be a war between them, there might be a special op, but that's all.

NATO just has to announced that Ukraine as to abide to it's obligation of the Minsk agreement first to gain back enough diplomatic trust before they accept to receive any request from Ukraine to join NATO. Ukraine has lost the diplomatic trust of the vast majority of the UN Security Council members. They have almost all express that they favor the diplomatic continuation of the Minsk Agreement discussions above all other diplomatic solution of the current crisis.
Did UN say something about the annexation of Crimea by Russia and the deposition of weapons and the application of justice in Eastern Ukraine for the responsibles of the rebellion?

It´s not quite true that the talks are going nowhere. They are going in the right direction for a Russian point of view. They have got written answers from the Americans, something they purely denied to give the Russians in the beginning. The talks have divided NATO and EU. Croatia have said no to support this western made situation. So have Hungary and I believe Bulgaria. France, Italy, Germany are not all on board and some few other EU countries. So the Talks are moving things in a certain direction, while America and NATO are making fools of themselves........ again talking/threatening Russia with measures that will only harm Europe it self. As one said. For the Ukrainian´s there will only be two options, if war ever comes on the table for the Russians. Both hands in the air or be dead.
