I dived around sabang about 300 times with big apple dive resort.They're the cheapest and best dive shop in sabang in my opinion.
are diving rates similar regardless of the number of divers?
I didn't dive in a group this time so no discount rate was applied. You may check with dive center directly.
How many meters dive?
Some between 10-20M and some between 20-30M. In average, around 15M.

It's USD34 per boat dive. The room rate varies depending on type of room and is listed in the resort website.. For example, a seaview room is around USD120 per night.
