been a fan of Jesu for about 15 years and Conqueror is some of their best work. Definitely one of my favorite albums. Its a sort of sound you drone out to and drown in. It's depression music for me, and Jesu's music has helped me through some really hard times in my life. Its depression music with just enough hopeful sounding notes to keep you above water when it feels like the world is trying to drown you.
Hey, I can understand what you are saying. I have used music in recent years this way, literally in a bath tub, with that feeling of zoning out and I have actually fallen asleep. It is some how cathartic :)
