Moineau stepper extruder

The first test of a paste extruder based on the Moineau pump principle. The material is wheat dough, just thin enough to flow on it's own. Nozzle size is 1.5 mm.

hello there! Nice job!! i will give this a try for sure :) why is the output inconsistent though? is it being turned by hand or it's due to the paste itself? Tkss o/

any particular reason for using this special spiral instead of regular screw?
