It turns out this was a mistake from big games and it is now fixed.
Whenever new areas come out the piñatas start dropping much less in the older areas. So perhaps they accidentally counted the event world as new areas and it’ll go back to normal when they add a new permanent world.

This is probably wrong. My guess is that it's got nothing to do with new areas and more so about your highest damage pet and the area your farming at. Basically when your stat pets getter better, farming gets worse on lower areas & because of these events I assume the stat pets are too high now
Either way, a new permanent area should fix this when the devs decide to stop doing events every update.
Nvm, did some testing (boxing higher stat pets). It's likely the event areas are considered the new best so pinatas are just trash rn
Yes you are right, ITS about the zones, best Zone give more Drops, and maybe they Change best Zone to Event would, so Just wait that a new outsite world ist comming and they are fine again

they have been nerfed i have been talking to a developer for the game, and they say they have been nerfed. I can confirm this by looking at the code. We WILL be fixing them later on

Sometimes the game passes and boosts glitch and it says boosts are paused even in the main game
I bought lots of lots of piñatas for about a range of 13-17k during the good vs evil and rave event, I sold them for 39k last week

its because of the new areas / better pets
They don't call it "nerf" they call it "Balancing".

I always test a sample every time I'm about to pinata farm. Noticed immediately and sold my stash at a profit. I hope they change it back.
Please talk about the deflation in pet sim. It's pretty noticeable in the trading that I even was able to get some cheap huges with some toy codes.
Maybe add a guide on what to buy during the deflation.
Its insane how many errors this games have on each update. One would think they have testers to test out stuff, but maybe they are on a LOOOOOOONG vacation also.
I actually noticed this a couple weeks ago when I was doing an alt I was like what the heck used to drop a lot😢

The dino worlds pets are too strong for the millionaire world. U can one hit those and thats probs why you get so low drops
