In the end, nothing ever has a real purpose. At least not here in the 3 dimensional physical realm... I mean, something or someone's ending may have a purpose for one's life but the truth remains that upon our own ending, the only purpose for anything within our own life is negatated and the only benefit to come with the end isn't even ours to claim... so I personally believe that the key to anti depression is the acceptance of the truth that it does not get any better in the end, other than the release of 3 dimensional physical prison and that our own end may possibly help someone else to be a better person and THAT is what makes it all worth it... I lost my mom almost 4 months ago and it taught me that I need to be more showing of my love for the ones I care about...
