The best Handel's Sarabande organ version I have ever heard
My God...how complex an instrument can be? It needs your talent, your soul, hands and legs...and also an external person to pull the buttons while drowning in the music... But all that comes out of this mess is simply amazing.
The louder I play this, the better it sounds. I hope my neighbors like this...

I have a Panasonic receiver that I purchased 15 -20 years ago. 120 watts per channel, baby! Need to find compatible speakers. Want to blow out my new sliding glass windows with PIPES!!! Oh yeah- I' m 62, I lo ve to rock out and country up ( old stuff ), but the PIPES!!! Yepper!
The great George Frideric Handel would most definitely be pleased!!
Haendel's Sarabande was one of the first classical masterpieces I learnt on harmonium. Still one of my favourites. Well played.

This church has marvellous acoustics. I've only heard the older Swart/VanHagerbeer organ there, before this Willis was obtained. But it sounds like the voicing of the new organ is also incredible, and works well with the acoustics -- as our fine organist here demonstrates!

Wonderful arrangement of the Sarabande - and of course, beautiful interpretation! Is this Gert´s own version, or does anybody know the arranger? I just found an arrangement by Arno Landmann (Variationen über ein Thema von Händel op. 29) but it´s not the piece played here.

Where did you get the sheet music for the Sarabande? Been looking everywhere. The version you play sounds like a really fun piece.
Prachtige bewerking van een muziekstuk van Händel. Kan er niet genoeg van krijgen. In Bolsward speelde je dit ook. Dat klonk, in mijn herinnering, nog indrukwekkender. Heeft misschien met het orgel te maken.

Serial dislikes. Better to ignore them. It's the reaction they crave, poor souls.
Ignore them they just go from video to video giving the thumbs down, they don't even watch or listen.Some people have their hearts filled with hatred, and never have a kind thought, they are to be pitied.
