@Sophia_CMT Hi Sophia, that is not advised due to high bleeding risk. Blood flow to the uterus during pregnancy is very high. It is recommended to wait until after the uterus shrinks back down and blood flow has reduced. Only if it's unavoidable or if it's a small fibroid is it advised.
For the patient whom you were only able to get 3cm of the fibroid via sonata procedure, will all the fibroid eventually die off even though you didn’t get all 5cm of it?

Lupron is a common way to shrink fibroids before surgery. The menopause side effects can be tough, though.

Correct, as long as you get 60%of the fibroid, you can denature it and prevent it from being active.
