I also cannot understand this part. Who knows what the guy will do next, seeing there is no criminal record on him. It also allows others to think that this is normal and is acceptable means to let an employee go. Not a very good decision, no matter how you look at it. But again this drama will bring a twist to make the decision justifiable and we just have to watch it.😮😮😮😮

This never ending scheming to get rid of someone and bluff your way to the top in the workplace is always an issue with management. In this case however, the upper management (Yu Manni) is the one causing all the trouble to undermine a hard working and a true company asset woman because of jealousy. She spends all her time with her "cronies" plotting and scheming but she is hurting the man she is supposed to love, in the end. Her energy is wasted on trivial and unimportant thing in the workplace.
@@gemini8966 only in drama would this work, in my industry and my husbands; this subterfuge would have been grounds for firing. Granted Yu Manni family has a financial stake in the company, but The CEO and CFO would have rendered her useless by restricting access to the Company, by example not allowing her to enter building unless requested to. So this part of working culture is very unbelievable to me. It’s manly why I only watch the clips available, this behavior is just not tolerated in my experience.
@@elizabetharnold5849 😆😆😆 I totally agree with you. There ate many clips I've watched too of different scenarios where the plotting and scheming never stops. I don't know either where these ends because I'm watching clips and skipping parts when I get irritated.
