I can't really speak to PatchMyPC, I've used their free product over the years for my personal PCs with good success, but I have not leveraged their enterprise offering. Automox is a solid product for patching. If you're looking to leverage it for scripts or "worklets" as they call them, in my opinion, is still a work in progress.
Hi, would you recommend Automox over all these patch solutions? If yes how long have you Administered Automox and are you satisfied. We currently have sccm as our patch management for Windows Server and Workstations. We have no patch management for Linux/Unix servers.

I've leveraged Automox is several environments and I have to say it has been the best patch application I have used to date.
