In my experience, it pulls very linearly to about 140 km/h , after that the acceleration starts to drop. If you really need to get to the limited 200 km/h, it won't happen quickly. This is not the best car for very high speed autobahn driving. However, you can easily make quick and safe overtakes on 80 km/h and 100 km/h roads. No problem at all.
Yes, the 2.5L 4Cyl Duratec "only" produces 200Nm of torque. The battery was pretty much dead when we started our Autobahn run. Also, Ford does not specify what the actual torque of both engines combined is.
The last Ford's interior layout is not exciting but their engines are good.
