This album will always mean so much to me. It got me through my first breakup and an even worse heartbreak that followed.
Fast forward 8 years and now I'm married with two little girls, and I can listen to these songs and feel absolutely no pain, anger, sadness at all. Just rocking out to the amazing music and thankful for the life lessons along the way 👏

Paramore is timeless. But we need more music like this today.
I've been struggling for over than a year with the breakup of a 14 year old friendship with a person that called herself my sister (non-blood related) in a passive aggressive - narcissistic - borderline - toxic dynamic (that I always allowed and justified for the sake of love and not making a big deal out of stuff) when it all blew up in our faces and I ended up allowing the other part to openly (not in a. pretty way) express for the sake of fixing thins up about myself (wrongly of course), but when it was my turn to talk about my side of the story, I was brutally full-stopped and told I wasn't allowed to express nothing at all. I'm finally overcoming this healing process and stumbling upon this song (which I used to listen when I was a teen but didn't mean a thing for me back then) has been the perfect closure for me (since I wasn't allowed to have one back then) Is always, always better to let people show their true colors, even if it hurts, is for the best. This son is perfection. Long life to Paramore !!!

Paramore is still exactly the same. Their new album has songs like Now, Future, Part II, Anklebiters, Escape Route... They haven't "changed" per se.. They just have more poppy songs on their new album like Still Into You...

What he/she was trying to say is that, if you were a real fan all along, then you should know that people grow up, and change their attitude, way of thinking, etc even their lifestyle sometimes, and it's all due to maturity.
You can't tell me you think exactly the way you used to think things through 5 years back in the past, so yeah, of course Hayley has changed, cause we all do, people do that. The fact that Paramore changed it's style only means they've moved on from what they were, and are now a more mature version of themselves, that's all. But they are the same people, you'll confirm that when you see them play the old songs.

I'm listening to their music again after a long time and I'm having a mix of feelings right now. They were a HUGE part of my life and to listen to their old stuff brings back so many memories from my teen years, good and bad.
