As a 16 year old female: I still trick or treat with my little brother and sometimes with a group of friends. My thought is, as long as you still dress up and put effort into your costume and not just walk around in casual clothing, up until the age of 18 it’s okay.
A good way I found to trick and treat after adult was making a costume that had synergy with the kid's costumes. Like 3 kids doing powerpuff girls costumes and me as the professor. I didn't ask for the candy but I had my cut. If anyone asked I said I was looking after the kids (which I was technically doing).
Honestly it's fun. I don't have to talk to the adults I'm more of a introvert.

My Mother's Side Grandfather, who passed away a year ago, at age 86, and was Still driving perfectly good, bit slower then most people, but he could still drive with 0 Accidents since his 50's, and he drove until he got sick weeks before he passed. When he was younger he was very athletic, a gymnast, when i was younger he was in his late 70s, and he could still do pushups, and he did it to show me the correct form. In his 70s. He was one of the greatest Men i've met in my life.
I stopped going Trick or Treating when I was TEN because every house I went to that year complained I was "too old" even though I had a friend who was actually older than me that no one complained about because he was short and I was already 6 feet tall when I was 10 years old. I know people who were still trick or treating in HIGH SCHOOL and even well into adulthood but I had to stop at 10. It's really entirely arbitrary and has nothing to do with your actual age but how people perceive you.
Sleepovers with friends... I mean I still do that as an adult but now it's just cause it's easier than driving back and forth due to gas prices not cause we actually want to.
I agree with dating 18 year olds being 23. Anything older than that, I don't care of they are legally an adult I still consider you a pedophile if you're dating anyone more than five years younger than you. It's creepy, stop.
Driving: I don't think we should be throwing out arbitrary age limits on this either because everyone is going to be different. If you develop an impairment at any age that is going to effect your ability to drive you should have to retake the driver's test. You shouldn't be going right back behind the wheel like nothing's changed.
Living with your parents: It should be 18 but considering the cost of living now days that's a fantasy not a reality. You either live with parents, room mates, or are homeless because no one can afford to live on their own anymore.
Playing sports: The limit isn't age, it's health.
Growing: Why is this even a question? It's not like you can control it. It's largely genetics, in my family everyone stopped growing as soon as they turned 18 and I think that's the average for most people but some people can stop sooner or later than that.
Sleeping with stuffed animals: No limit... and here's the thing... this is entirely sexist because in my experience there is no limit for women. Getting a stuffed animal is considered a go to gift for adult women but it's not something considered for boys passed an arbitrary age limit. I had all my stuffed animals take away around 7 or 8 years old and even when I still had them I felt like I was being judged by my friends for still having them and lied to say they were my brother's cause I was embarrassed. But I don't really care what other people think anymore and have 3 stuffed animals on my bed right now.

I didn’t stop trick or treating with my friends until I was 18. I enjoyed dressing up and hanging out with them. I have a pretty good sized friend group of like 15 consistent people (5 main ones), and none of us liked going to “big Halloween parties” and getting drunk and shit like that. Especially after Covid hit my first 2 years of high school, we wanted to cherish what little childhood we had left.
