I learned a lot about Yesung Oppa’s troubled mind from this episode. Even meditating is so hard for him! 🥹 I hope he’ll take to his tofu, i mean to his heart the words of the Monks to make it a habit to have good thoughts and to live the comfort of the present and use it a strength to live in the future. Oppa, relax! I think Oppa needs to learn to cook seriously to focus and be in the present.

Thank you for visiting temples. With the meditation parts in this video, it inspired me to calm my mind through both the seated and walking methods so I actually searched them up and I think if you do them right, it really works. So so so thankful for this~ This video gave me a lot of comfort watching a playful Yesung oppa with the wise monks who make the atmosphere homely and motherly(?). It’s nice to see Moohyun oppa catching up with Yesung oppa for a short while too. Yessay team, I hope that visiting temples in this period (especially if it’s not your religion) also helped you calm down some of your raging/incessant thoughts (if any). I’m also glad that you’re open to visiting temples as part of doing this that because now I got to see how it looks like over there.

This has got to be the most heartwarming and cutest episode from Yessay. I literally was melting into a pile of goo. I loved it so much!! Yesung was so cute and funny with his jokes. I learned a lot about Yesung Oppa’s troubled mind from this episode. Even meditating is so hard for him! 🥹 I hope he’ll take to his tofu, i mean to his heart the words of the Monks to make it a habit to have good thoughts and to live the comfort of the present and use it a strength to live in the future. Oppa, relax! I think Oppa needs to learn to cook seriously to focus and be in the present.

Thank you for visiting temples. With the meditation parts in this video, it inspired me to calm my mind through both the seated and walking methods so I actually searched them up and I think if you do them right, it really works. So so so thankful for this~ This video gave me a lot of comfort watching a playful Yesung oppa with the wise monks who make the atmosphere homely and motherly(?). It’s nice to see Moohyun oppa catching up with Yesung oppa for a short while too. Yessay team, I hope that visiting temples in this period (especially if it’s not your religion) also helped you calm down some of your raging/incessant thoughts (if any). I’m also glad that you’re open to visiting temples as part of doing this that because now I got to see how it looks like over there.

This has got to be the most heartwarming and cutest episode from Yessay. I literally was melting into a pile of goo. I loved it so much!! Yesung was so cute and funny with his jokes. He got on so well with these lady monks, especially the older head monk, it was so heartwarming to watch their adorable interaction.
