To go to the extent of bribing civil servants with taxpayers money, to vote fr a political regime is unacceptable n has to be condemned. One area that requires a proper investigation is how much perks are enjoyed by senior civil servants, at the expense of taxpayers, though being paid extravagant salaries. This etat des choses goes unnoticed, well protected by politicians, because quite a lot of malpractices are diluted by senior civil servants. Political interference isn't frm today. Clearly apparent, Since independence political interference * avec outrance *, has been exercised. Nomination of head of institutions, in particular, police commissioner, head of judiciary etc, is politically soiled. Whts happening today is a deterioration over years, since independence, of complacency.
