Azonto star and rapper Sarkodie and afro-dancehall sensation Stonebwoy, who will both be performing at the event, join us in the studio. They tell us more about the growing reach of Ghanaian music in all its forms, overcoming language barriers via universal beats and key linguistic choices when it comes to singing - and rapping - from the heart.

It is important to note that the French language may have originated in France, but more and more (non-white) people are speaking French around the world (from North and West Africa to several other countries ) to keep it alive and maintain it as an international language. The French language has truly evolved from a white imperialist language to an international language thanks to the contribution of non-whites.
