1st this is so stupid game mechanic(thats why it should be restorable) we were falling together, that means i shouldn’t take fall dmg(logically)
2nd i didnt touch npc, he touched me
3rd there is no reason for a clone to fall faster than me(logically he cant touch me because i jumped way earlier than him)

I once went into trial with another guy and he had hit me once before I disconnected due to internet crash. My restore was denied because of player combat, despite being at 99% hp and obviously not fighting the guy.
that is not restorable. you can look at restore rulebook and there will be said that this is not restorable, only if guy that hit you said "mb all" before client got disconnected from the game(you should have another guy's pov)

I can kinda see where they are coming from- it was completely unlucky but not exactly worth being restored since it could be classified as intentional game design. But your point is also valid as it was such a stupid way to die that i actually can’t believe it happened

I'd take my words back if any tester tested this certain occurrence and said yea that seems legit. In short it's Roblox fault and yes it was stated that being killed unfairly by game design is not restorable but this one is NOT A FEATURE. It's goofy ahh Roblox physics
i mean its roblox's fault, not deepwoken's or the moderator's because you cant specifically tell the game "THIS = FLOOR" like a caveman, all they do is if something breaks your fall it just applies the fall damage (thus airdash, wallclimb or hitting the floor deals dmg) so touching the clone's head somewhat slowed your fall applying fall damage. very intended feature!!!!!!!

i was grinding 2 days on my build,i got blindseer so i needed to help freshies to get out of depth on 4th time when i wanted to help a freshie he hit me by accident after that game froze and it kicked me out of game.(got wiped as a combat log) i sent vid and everything to mods they didnt even answer me for 2 days after 2 days they said "not restorable you had under 60% hp" best game

I'm not sure this is enough to be counted for this rule but, I was barely bugged under a medalion chest at end of floor 2 and just sent the clip said I was bugged, and posted the H-1 General line and got a restore (by barely bugged I mean how u get stuck under the chest and cant WASD but can dash out, I didn't realize you could dash out so I was spam looting to chest to make it disappear to move)

Bro something similar happened to me i was fighting etherion and we couldn’t m1 him at all so we were just running around for like 30 minutes just trying to find a way to hit him and i just decided to log but made sure to clip us not being able to hit him and the mods said that it wasnt restorable bc i didnt show me dying
same thing happened to me, first mod said that its not restorable, but i made restore ticket again and another moderator restored me

let me explain why its not restorable in detail, first off the clone would definetely fall faster because it doesnt need player inputs compared to the person that wiped in the video. second, he was lagging in the server he was playing possibly causing packet loss and delay of inputs which could also slow his fall (server side perspective not player). in conclusion, there are many factors that made the clone fall faster than the guy such as lag, the clone is more in sync with the server than the player, and much more.
You should atleast be given a chance maybe not a restore but atleast get sent to the eternal gale

So you fell and had over 50% hp so you would of gone to layer 2 but that npc somehow fell faster than intended and did 2 WHOLE BARS when it fell on you. the game then thought you took fall damage when it wasn't the case as the npc falling faster then it should have hit you. that's tough because it seemed to be roblox at fault here. try make another ticket. who knows a different mod might do a restore

The mod is right, it's highly unfortunate you died that way, it all could've been avoided by you moving forward or even another direction. But it should be restorable if someone has been restored for the same situation and exact cocurence.
Note to self: If a person with clones fighting at depths cliff fall in and continue to move as falling.
I don't think mod is right. You can clearly hear of me getting fall dmg when i got touched by clone. I lost 2 bars only for this stupid game mechanics. Logically i shouldn't take any dmg, because i didn't touch ground, but clone that falling way faster than player is wild. (he couldn't touch me because I should have already been in the void)

In my honest opinion, they are correct though. You were just extremely unlucky and killed by game mechanics.
the clone should not have been able to fall faster than him, and the clone landed on his head, not below him, so Roblox didn’t properly register what was happening. TLDR: He died to a bug, not a game feature.

He would've been sent to l2 under normal circumstances but because of the clone going faster then him and colliding with him, he took 2 bars making it so instead of going to l2 he would wipe

At 0:55, you can hear the fall damage. Its not a Poser ring, if it was, The screen should been grey and with it's special sound effect. This is an easy restore. That mod you got is an idiot 💀 Plus, the clone was weirdly and oddly enough to fall faster than you, also the Ai wasn't supposed to be directly below you. It may followed you but no animations on display, so its still a restore. Nvm, the fact that the AI was the one landed on you and caused dmg, is a bug. You got wiped to a undiscoverable bug.

i was falling in the void so it teleport me to layer 2 (you need 50% hp for it) and clone that got summon by that guy i fought, fall on to me. Roblox does not know if it was collidable object that falls with me at the same time and by deepwoken mechanics i got flung and lost 40% of my health by receiving fall dmg
