- Tired of your silencer in Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 breaking? The Brezatelya (Vintorez sniper rifle) has an integral suppressor which never breaks, and you can find it fairly early in the game - right after the beginning to Act II. In this video, I show the pros and cons of the Brezatelya, as well as its location in the game.
The VSS is a very cool little rifle which is used in real life by Russian Spetsnaz special forces and is integrally suppressed for a compact and deadly package.

All good. It happens. It's pretty damn similar to .300 Blackout
Like a .300 blackout/whisper which is 7.62x33 except a bit heavier bullet at similar speeds which translates to more energy and a bigger hole in the target. 9x39 is an awesome round.
pro tip: you don't even need the hacking module, you can literally just drive the buggy down the elevator shaft and fast travel out once you have it
No sniper game is complete without this gun :D

i put the money in for the season pass edition and the rifle you get with it (McMillan TAC-338A) is a dream its suppressor takes 20-25 rounds,it also comes with a 3-9-15-21x step scope with elevation corrections of 50,100,150,200,250,300,and 400 so it can get you well into the game before you can equip a better rifle
Same, I tried the other upgraded rifles and so far the McMillan is the best

I recently bought this game and wanted this gun so I did not have the hacking module on my drone so a shortcut to getting this gun is to just jump down the elevator shaft without dying and then you can retrieve this gun now once you do this you will be stuck down in the elevator shaft and the only way you can get out is to just Bring up the map and waypoint to the safe house.
The .338 has AP rounds but you can unlock them in act 2/3. I'm now in act 3 and i still didnt have this gun yet so thank you!
GR Wildlands had the SR-3M assault rifle, which is a close relative of the VSS and AS VAL. Also shot 9x39.
Played it on Steam and loved it, now i got it for my PS4, cost around 20 dollars atm for PSN users. 67% off, until 8/3/2018. Hope this message will reach many gamers.

there are two Fucking little things on the bottom of the integrated silencer for a bipod but there's no option. wow.
I've become discontented with this game over the lack and hardship of ammo and getting ammo. Why couldn't they just kept it going like part 2. Its stupid to run out of ammo and not be able to find it among enemies, let alone get orders to carry out a mission with no ammo supply. Then go around looking for junk to trade or sell, in Order to buy ammo. Think I'll delete this 3rd game.

There are goodies to find 4 explorers. Wearable locked armors. For example. There are places that unless you check won't know exist or have goodies.
The is only one problem with the. 50 calibur rifle you can't put a Silencer on them but they are alot of fun to use the in a mission
I think Ubisoft actually confirmed the Vintorez is in fact going to appear in gr Wildlands, so if that's the case we just gotta wait

i have to check that out, now that i got the game. it is actually quite enjoyable, ive allready spend about 3h in the game and ive only finished like 2 missions. 😁 mostly just been exploring those ? spots from map and collecting all sort of stuff.

Dylan, I just saw all your comments, and thank you. I checked out that lake as I said on map 1 and found nothing, but I am checking out the other places you mentioned.
your not the first person to say it basically shot pistol rounds . this is actually not true 9x39 is basically a short and fat vision of 7.62x39 wile also being subsonic.also to note is that it should be no loader that someone snapping there fingers loudly and that this rifle is use by spetsnaz and special police forces
Actually there was РГО37,36 Round (7.62X28MM) version of vss vintorez .

drone handles better if controller sensitivity cut to 1/2 with xb1. not so jerky

Also if you play on PC you can get unlimited suppressor durability with a trainer. I recommend WeMods trainer if you want to try it
U can just fall down that's what I did and I got the gun then fast travel somewhere else
I unlocked the gun but then I started a new game and I can't get it because the box is already open and it won't show in my inventory

Could you cover the game Escape from Tarkov too? The game is still in alpha stage, and it offers the same rifle and it can shoot full auto
Your thinking of the AS-VAL, which is not the same rifle. Its made by the same company and uses similar designs, though it takes different rounds and is smaller than the VSS Vintorez.
Tarkov sucks. I wouldn't touch that garbage with a 10 foot pole.
act 2 climb the caves where you n Lydia appear. long journey but worth it. find collectable in rout n usable sniper at top.
You can slide down the wall without doing the drone challenge, I didnt take any damage, but that could be based on lvl of play.. and bought the ext mag in the shop..
could you make a video about the location or side op in order to get the extended mag?

The vss actually fires the 9x39mm round not the 9x19 luger
when you do lions 2 sniping the sniper on top of horizons crashed my game 6/10 times. be aware. fun as heck mission though. CI needs to prioritise fixing that if they haven't already. I'm on XB1
There are on line complaints about long shots and marking. Its tied into using sniper vision thru scope and scope mag. I tagged and made 3 600+ M shots. Tags stayed put even with me moving. the loot in lake is weak but there.
I've also taken many long shots, and I've had times where the enemies disappeared after 150m. You're saying it's certain scopes?
Lol I just tried jumping and I'm only on act 1 I hit the wall and took no damage I've got the gun before the hacking module lol

I didn't have to do that I just jumped down and surprisingly I didn't die then I fast traveled back to safe house
Both of the Russian w/ integrated have unlimited suppressor; I was using the BMT and would break my suppressor in less then a full mag, 10shots would break it and the mag holds 15. So unless you need a .50cal use the Brezatelya or the Vykop, but honestly the Brez is better on all counts, infact if you crouch with the brez you basically have unlimited stam to hold your breath also. For the Record I am one of those people saying that the Suppressors should not be fucking breaking its a stupid fucking mechanic that should be removed! They didnt even make it easy for us to repair that shit across all weapons It is not that hard to add One more button to the weapon cache that says "Repair All"!

Walking between the logging camp farm house hillside campfire mixing in gas station n apt block is easy way to farm xp and supplies early game in All 3 categories.
Lydia cave enterance is at top left if wedding town N of farm house NE of loop in rd

Im not sure which unlock it weapon at top of Lydia's cave or 'remains of the day' mission but I already have 6 12 24 scope
Biggest disappointment for me so far is the "historical rifle" collectibles just being that, collectibles that we can't use. I found and picked up the L115A3 and M21 SRS and all they do is sit on the wall in the hideout.
Ok, so I have an issue. I am trying to get all primary weapons and I got screwed. On my first playthrough I collected this rifle in the video and the dragoon . I made it to the last mission in the game and figured I'd finish it the next day. I turned my Xbox on the next day and came to find that my save file has disappeared. Which I have seen is a common problem for many people. So I started a new game and when I went to collect those two rifles in my new game file , the weapon crates are open and there is nothing in them as if I had already collected them. They are still locked in the weapon cache. Has this happened to anyone else?? I love this game but it is FULLof bugs.

After spending some more time with the game, would you recommend it? I've put about 150 hours into Wildlands as of now, and I'm about ready for a new game.
There's one thing that's been bugging me about SGW3 that a lot of people are also complaining about, and it's an issue where sometimes enemies disappear at fairly close ranges - which is ridiculous for a sniper game. Idk what causes it, and it doesn't always happen, but there's times that they were disappearing on me at like 150m. that is slightly annoying lol... that said though, i like the sniping better than wildlands. paying attention to the range, elevation, and windage and dialing in the scope for each shot is really fun. I hate to "recommend" a game, cuz then I feel like I'm responsible if you don't like it, but I say if you're not too picky about issues and just have fun with games, then yeah, there's a lot of fun to be had here.
The disappearing enemies thing does sound annoying, but not game breaking by any stretch. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the reply.
Bald Brad kinda game breaking actually. I used a 34x scope and zoomed in about 350m and the enemies are gone and when you get there thinking they were gone they fuckin shoot you with ak. point is, why tf its called sniper ghost if the enemy cant render that far

@prod gbc if you want to be technical there are no such things as sniper rifle. It is a Snipers rifle.

map1 middle of big lake above army base. swim look for floating debris and net
Odd, nothing there but just a couple cases of random resources... what did you find there? I know I was at the right place, lake in the SW of the map, north of that base, there was "?" on the map in the middle of the lake, with a bunch of floating branches and a net, but only 2 cases of random resources.

If you want to avoid having to use the drone you can just drive the Jeep down the mineshaft and get out of the jeep and grab the rifle.

Yo wtf I went to this location but I accidentally fell into the hole and omfg I didn't died. After that I unlocked the sniper and tried to fall again in the hole but intentionally. Again I didn't died
