Hi, sorry for the late reply we have just returned from holidays. Dimensions are as follows: Height 11 feet, Length 22 feet (including unextended bike rack approx 2 feet), Width 9 feet (with wing mirrors out). These are generous dimensions because we provide them for hirers and do not want them taking chances with low bridges / narrow roads etc as they are not usually used to driving a motorhome.
