How crazy would it of been if they let you get variants of the soul cores and you got one from her where you can shoot the Lasers and spheres she bombards you with? Shit would be crazy lol
i think it would be cool if soulcores had elemental type based off their type. for example brute cores are fire imbued, feral cores are water imbued and phantom are lighting imbued. certain guardians have elemental imbues for fire/water/lightning/purity/corruption where despite being phantom, they have different element. it would had more uniqueness on some of these guardian spirits.
This is my go-to core for dealing with the clones of Kashin Koji and Ongyoki. Whenever I'm in an area that I know will have Ongyokis, I just switch over to Lady Osakabe.
Love the Osakabe meta right now and no more Otakemaru, nice damage and ki damage and you see 2 and even 3 players spamming at the same time making any boss a joke
Response time refers to the earliest possible moment you can attack after a soul core's animation finishes. Some soul cores, such as Giant Toad, have a considerable delay in how soon you can respond after using them.
PooferLlama has stated that he's not going to cover Elden Ring, as while he enjoys FromSoftware games (he came to Nioh from having played Bloodborne), the Team Ninja games just struck a chord with him that the Souls games just haven't been able to hit, which isn't exactly surprising. Nioh and Nioh 2 certainly have strong dark-souls like gameplay at the start, but compared to proper souls games, the late stage is much more about the complexity and setup required to make an effective build, and Nioh 2 just takes that further with Soul cores and corruption/purity weapons. Going from Nioh 2 which has probably the deepest and most complex combat system of any 'souls-like' to a proper souls game could feel quite stifling.
@@Aderon Ive beaten DoS up until DoW in a couple months so I know the combat is more complex, faster and arguably superior. But a game overall quality is not based only on it's combat and I think From surpass Team Ninja in almost every other aspects. Elden Ring is an incredible masterpiece and it's just sad to see people put it off right at the first area without giving it a chance...
@@SmHy23 That's a valid point, but it's also worth considering what type of content that people like to watch. It could be that he would enjoy Elden Ring greatly, but as far as the content on his channel goes, that type of narrative heavy game doesn't quite align with what his base expects as neatly. He never said that he wouldn't play it, just that he has no intentions of uploading videos of him playing it.

Will never forget the ultimate stagger tech that you showed in my custom lesson - Masaru GS and this core. Stagger city haha
U mean the ape jumpin around+osakabe? Sounds interesting, will give that a try 👍
This core is absurdly good against Gyuki also. He gets hit by all the tentacles and you can wipe half his max ki very fast.
Man Nioh 2 is such an amazing game. I need to get back to it

Always helpful man. Definitely upped my skill watching these!

I beat that double Gozuki-Mezuki fight with Ryomen Sukuna.
Fantastic.
Only slight disappointment is how it lacks any elemental effects given how central those are to the actual boss fight.
I agree, though those would probably make it too powerful
This core is what helped me beat Koji on my lvl 1 playthrough
Great video only in region 3 though
What does "response time" mean? Is there a single core with poor response time?

@@PooferLlama When is an animation considered finished?
@@Maggotbone I determine this based on how quickly you can use another soul core.
@@PooferLlama Ooo! I hadn't thought about testing it that way. Interesting method!
So useful.
How to use Lady O: SPAM
Car wash core too op
That's not Elden Ring
Elden ring is like the G rated version of Nioh
