its been crazy, plumbers charged us for cleaning out the drain. Fixing the broken pipe is a separate charge 😱

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I know iw your frustration. Two pipes burst in my basement during a blizzard. There was a traveling ban and I couldn't get a plumber to come look at it until the next morning.
