This would be slightly better here: U2 R' F B' (you can do those both at one move) U R2 One thing on your solution which was bad was the regrip you did before inserting the orange piece. You should do the U move with your left hand and solve this regripless, thats a lot faster. F2L: On pair 1 the solution is fine, usually you woudk want to solve the bluered pair after the green red here, however since you cant see the green red pieces right ahead just solving it is good. But its worth to remeber that L' U L y' L' U2 L is a solution just as fast here whoch you do want to consider. For the green red pair I would like to add that instead of your solution (which is usually the best one for this case) you can use the unsolved slot of orange green, idk if U' R U2 R' U2 L' U' L actually is faster than what you did, but I would prefer that solution slightly. However in this case your solition gets the better case for the last pair then, but I dont expect you to think of that, and the execution of the 3rd pair solve looked clean and quick to me.
