@@jamesandrews4217 hes watching a non Interactive video on a phone with no buttons. Also there are studies about the negative impacts phones have on adults so please keep explaining to us how beneficial it is for him to have that phone versus developmental toys made for his age.
My baby brother does that when we leave but he is autistic and doesn’t like change very much so he just hits his head on everything until someone calms him down.

My autistic brother would do the same whenever our mom would go somewhere, exept when our dad would leave.
My autistic brother actually didn't bang his head on things, he would bite himself. So I'd pop him on the hand and eventually he stopped doing it all together. Or sometimes he would throw himself on the ground and kick and try to break things and I would pop him on his leg or butt and after a while he stopped throwing tantrums as well.
And when I'd see he was a out to throw a tantrum and he'd stop himself, I'd give him a treat (which would be pretty much whatever he wanted for the rest of the day except a bunch of candy because he had a cavities)
My little brother who also has autism doesn’t hit him self but throws stuff at the wall , he is very attached to my mom so he just cries but only if we are at my grandmas if we are home and she leaves for Walmart or something he is fine but not we we are at my grandmas
