@@steamz3607 Magic, Curry, Isiah Thomas are bare minimum top 3 PG's. All players who have won as the main guy. Jason Kidd has also won as a major part of a winning team like Rondo and has more individual success. That's 4. Oscar/Westbrook/CP3/Nash/Stockton, all guys with more individual success and better resumes than Rondo. Rondo isn't even top 10

This is intriguing cause a recent interview came out of Carmelo Anthony stating that the Pelicans reached out to him after his stint with the Lakers asking if he would be interested to join them. I think the Pelicans realize they need that vet thats respected and relatable in their locker room. I hope they find a vet soon.

Everytime I see Cousins I am surprised he isn’t in the league. Yeah he isn’t as dominant but his skillsets can help a team

Rondo is on point on why AD is not consistent on his offensive production. AD needs a point guard who would feed AD or create plays for AD like Rondo did when he was with the Pels and in the bubble. They do have Lebron but Bron create plays within the flow of the game or his game rather. Unlike Rondo who prioritize creating plays for others. That's why they need Rondo-type point guard who will feed AD in the post or create lob opportunities for AD. They can try to trade for CP3, Mike Conley or Trae Young if he becomes available.

The top 5 argument is fascinating, I think a good way to think about it is, given 4 exact same players, plus 1 more, does that change the debate? I mean who's betting against LBJ in this scenario? Because we're not talking about 1v1, but top 5 which I take it as the most impact on winning when it counts. Looking at it this way, I'd put LBJ in that top 5 so far in this season. Along with Joker, Giannis, Tatum, and Embiid.

Rajon Rondo should still be in the league as a veteran presence because of his high basketball iq and veteran leadership.
Rajon is the last of a dying because he's a "pure point guard" and should strongly consider becoming an assistant coach/advisor in the foreseeable future.

Kobe said himself that Shaq would have more titles than 4 if he had better work ethic. Zion got drafted in (2019), he's supposed to be the 2nd best player in the league by now (2023) after Lebron by this point. As the #1 pick in "19". Isn't even in the Top 20 Best players and is disappointing.

@@jacquesl9972 if Zion can get traded to teams like Golden State, Lakers, Boston or Miami. All of them would hold Zion accountable on and off the basketball court. Also have the stars on the team that would tell Zion to get in shape and play better consistently. New Orleans can't do anything with Zion anymore. He isn't going to change when he is already the face the of the Franchise and has no motivation to get better on the Pelicans. Zion needs a change of scenery on a different team to re-start his career.
