She’s one of the few artists that make me like her music even more every time I hear her speak. The more you learn about her and her view of things, the more layers her songs have. I’ll be honest, when she first became really known, I didn’t care for her music at all. Now I love it. Not just for the music, but the feelings behind it all. Not every artist can make you feel that way, you either like a song or you don’t. You don’t like it BECAUSE of who’s singing, therefore changing the meaning of the songs. I don’t think that makes sense, but it’s as close as I can make it.
Idk. I think w/ the right sounds words & tones, you could make a song about playing pool sound like anything about life & ppl would prob still say it's eloquent & beautiful. On a side note, I remember dealing w/ this lady who did way too many drugs in her life. & Now she's legitimately fd. Gaga has always been one of those once in a lifetime pure musical geniuses. Every aspect of her art is portraying a powerful message that most won’t understand but it’s still digestible enough for it to be pop. Just pure art.
