Thanks for the memories rekindled, from your footage on a film. Memories flooding back with sentimental tears for the golden days never to return but the fragrance & the love is still alive as if alive happened just yesterday and we could catch it with all our hearts content. Going to refinery on a chemistry school trip and going for a picnic with family in a sunbeam car. Going to cinema seeing James Bond Dr. No. The best and most memorable time in my 75 years. Thank you sir.
Beautiful Memories that will never leave our minds for all us Aden Lovers, Thanks so much for uploading such a video to remind us what Aden was and is for us den born people around the world.
@@CAESAR_PUTIN_LOVERS Indeed but that doesn’t matter at all. People who lived in Yemen those days have the best memories of Aden and it’s people. If you ever visit Aden or Southern Yemen you will get your life’s chock to see the difference. What I receive of videos from there and how the new government soldiers behaving towards the real people of southern Yemen is choking.
Still remember the mountains and storage tanks. But l had to pull my reserve parachute because the main chute rip cord was jammed . And there was a Civil War in 1966 , so returning back to Bahrein was most welcome.
Please come back again we really missing you ..Now the country is a rubbish They destroy all beautiful things We love uWe miss u The british empire is the greatest
I thought you were joking but no, the glories of little Aden brought a tear to my eye. I thought I recognised some grains of sand too. Who’s joking now?

My uncle served in Aden in 1961-62 its good to see what he might have seen at the time. I wonder who that attractive lady was?

Aden was the most beautiful in the era of the British
My city

This “neighborhood” has certainly gone downhill since these days….but so have parts of Birmingham, etc…..
