Great games. Killing the Zoraline with Pawpatch formation and playing the Boxer would have won you the game imo. You give away a huge advantage in board presence. You would have had 6 power on the board with a removal spell still in hand. Sure they could bring back the Bat at some point in the future, but I feel like you sometimes miss the point in the game in which flipping the tempo switch and being more aggressive will give you the best chance to win the game. I had the same feeling at 1:27:05 when you traded the intimidator into the duo.
Yeah I misread the "Create a token that's a copy of target token you control." As "Target creature you control." That definitely makes the play 100% blowing up Bandit's Talent ASAP, very likely a winnable game at that point, that's rough. I disagree that Caretaker's Talent is bad in limited though, this format still has a lot of ways to grind value off it between food, offspring, rabbits, etc.
I can safely say you have single handedly taught me so much of my draft knowledge. I salute you sir 🫡
Caretaker's can't dupe Gerbils!😢😢 GGs
Caretakers talent can only make a copy of a token
GG Gomlet. Was a great run!
Thanks for the videos man I love your content

21:40 - I think you should have considered the Cutthroat as a 3 mana play instead of throwing in the third Thornplate.
I agree. 3 thornplates is 1 too many. I like the potential threat of a menace creature also. Just a solid 3 drop the Cutthroat.
I've watched like 5 of these and EVERYONE opens Vren, The Relentless somehow lol
Nonstop tho
@MicahCohan Almost relentless 😂
That's some grindy games with a few scares. Congrats and thanks for the entertainment 🎉😂
i am surprised gomlet forgot care takers talent only works with tokens. its pretty bad in limited. im surprised op even cared about bringing it back

@@GomletX yeah, thats fair. i was a little harsh on it. was mostly trying to say its not that super great. but its an ok card
Not destroying the enchantment on the first game you lost was sadge.
