- Pretty much I get decked then my teammates fight that kid and then there's another smaller fight later. After this, the ref threatened to call the game if we fought anymore so that's it.

Yeah and this wasn’t even my normal team this team’s goalie wasn’t able to make it to the tournament so I had I play for them even thought my normal team was at that tournament too (my normal team had two goalies)

one time i was at a youth hockey game and while there was a huge brawl beetween both teams evan the backup goalies be fighting each other
the two main goalies started practicing with each other on the other end of the ice rink
by practicing i mean one guy shoots a puck at the other goalie and he tries to block it
and vice versa
and they kept pracitcing until the fight was over and the game got sorted out
You've got really nice fundamentals and movement for a young goalie. I like how you seem to try to stay on your feet as long as possible before going into your butterfly. However, one thing I would look to work on is: not over-correcting when following the rebound or deflection. It's great that you have quickness and can scramble to follow the path of the puck, but at a few moments you ended up out-of-position after doing several push-slides while on your knees, when you may have had better control by just popping back up and resetting your feet instead.
Just something to possibly think about, but honestly you already have a great foundation to build on as your get bigger, stronger and even quicker. Best of luck.

Nah, I wanted to defend myself but it’s super easy for goalies to get kicked out of tournaments. I was my teams only goalie and this was our 2nd of 5 games so I didn’t want to leave them without a goalie, which has happened before (In a game I wasn’t at, the other goalie got too hurt to continue playing early in the third period and I was playing for my other team so they had to play without a goalie for about 11 minutes)

Great on durability so far, Bauer has done a great job improving from the 1S/1X lines. The 2X and above have cortec st on the landing pad and sliding surface, making it slide better and last longer.

Bardown Benders no, but a few do especially in men’s leagues I think it is just to keep track of how many people are on each team and to keep track of stats like penalties and stuff idk

It's called a riot pad. When there is a scrum with multiple penalties, it helps the ref determine who is getting penalties and which numbers, who was on the ice (in case someone has to serve the penalty) and figure out which penalties can be coincidental.
I haven't seen a ref do that before. I just wanted to know if anybody else had seen that before.

i mean.... the refs seem like they were acquired out of a cereal box to begin with. his signal no ice looked like a pelican. The no goalie interference right before the 1st fight. the no CFB at 3:58. Plus they can't ACTUALLY call a game unless its within the tournament rules.
When I played peewee Rep B (I’m a female tendy but it was co-Ed) we were playing and at the end of the game the other tendy blocker punched my teammate and got kicked out along with the large mass of players who fought along
I don’t understand guys who blocker punch, actually show your honor and either drop the gloves or don’t punch the guy in the first place. Blocker punches are for locker boxing

Jordan The random guy they scored 6 goals on me and for one the puck kinda bounced off the ref right to their guy in front of the net it was like a free goal for them pretty much. We also only lost 6-4 so yeah they’re not that much better

Nope, but it will be by the end of the month. From what I’ve heard there’s going to be a lot of restrictions on play though, like having to wear a medical mask under your helmet and limiting players per locker room or just making everyone but the goalies home dress. Maybe they’ll even enforce crease rules, idk

Cherry Tomatteo yeah, at least in America, it depends who initiated it (threw the first punch). If it turns out bad, both kids get game misconducts and are thrown out and suspended for one more game. If it’s not bad, the initiator gets a major and the other guy gets a two and a ten. Look up the USA Hockey rulebook if you want the exact details, but I’m pretty sure this is it. For bantam B it should be the same as every other level, other than the fact that the refs calls will be a lot more inconsistent due to the fact that they are lower level refs. Hope this helped.
look at usa hockey rules for the most basic, however some tournaments have dif rules for fighting but dw abt rules if they do something where u gotta stand up for yourself or your teammate dont be afraid of the consqequences

If that's all it is then I don't get why they moved all that to bantam because it used to be in peewee
Because a lot of kids (and parents) nowadays are kinda wimps and crumple and delay the whole game if they even get hit clean, especially peewees and even some bantams. For example, one kid on my team hits really hard but clean and he always gets penalized just because the kid he hit can’t take a hit. So that.
Also kids just have more experience and are bigger in bantam so that makes it a lot faster.
I’m a goalie and some kid came across the net and slashed me in the throat next time he was on I tried to give Him a little reminder so I went to tap him with my stick I missed and hit my temate and the ref said if I did that again I would get kicked out of the tournament and I was wondering what you think

Almost fights on the ice happen by stupid ref. Almost ref has unpredictable rule. It makes players & parents to be crazy.

And one time I went to get up and some kid tried to kick me in the throat but missed and kicked my mask and it caused a bench brawl me and one of the other goalies were fighting I beat him and then about a year and a half later we met at a trailer park and laughed our asses off and he even admitted that I beat the crap out of him and thought it was pretty funny but I got grounded for 2 months
Wish I could’ve gotten involved, but this was at the start of the tournament and I was the only goalie my team had so I didn’t want to get ejected

the first fight he was pushed into the goalie by there own players and then crosschecked from behind while he was down then 2 or 3 of them piled onto the player.
