Being verdict of Kejiriwal and the other did by Supreme Court now, what they think of their action, no one is going to question them, or their verdict is unquestionable. The intention of such verdict, of course, weaken the government, and the intention of Supreme Court as well is not with good intention. This will direct to a bad precedence, by which unnecessary constitutional and jurisdictional tug-of-war. It is not conventional too.
The benevolent SC has let the ‘ genie out of the bottle’ precipitating a precedence of grave concern, it appears! The law maker# have to go to parliament to rectify the weakness of the law so that these villains don’t sneak through the holes in it!
