Thanks, sis. I actually just take about 2 parata and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, and it softens. Otherwise, I keep it out for about 30 mins

Salaam sis what is zaw, i never heard of this kind of word you said in your vlog. I find it very strange coz you use different kind of words then normal sylheti people do. I'm from bishwanath sylhet very weird for me that word zaw.

Salam bhai, zaw is basically kisuri but we call the plain one zaw and the daal one kisuri. Lots of people from moulvibazar call it zaw 😄
