2024 was extremely rough at first for me. But then I looked at the mirror one day and said I am a problem myself. I had a vice, my body was skinny fat, etc. I did the work and cleaned up. Now I am fit with some muscle and a really good six pack. I changed my overall look that even family noticed significant changes. Women are treating me extremely nicely. 2024 for me was a year of redirection. Hopefully I continue to grow more in 2025 and learn more valuable lessons. Thank God everyday for helping me see that I needed to make serious changes for the better.
@ First thing I did was remove the fat in my face: so I did a lot of running and stopped drinking stuff with sugar. At least limited it. I only drink coffee once a day and the rest is just water. Lost the fat doing that. In terms of my body, I ate healthy in the sense of a lot of rice and meats especially chicken. Did a lot of exercises for my abs and now I got my six pack. Then I started lifting dumbbells at home to build muscle in my arms and shoulders. I also do chinnups. My body is fit and athletic at the moment just doing these things consistently.
@@RayyanSM4 I honestly don’t remember how much I lost but all I know is I lost the belly I had. I got into my current shape in like 3 months or like 4 tops. It was worth it though. I feel great and once I got into a certain rhythm, the routine became second nature.
With that attitude, probably haha. Hope that’s satire! And honestly when I was at 20% I probably got more attention then when I was 12% so don’t let that be a limiting factor. Practice, practice, practice.
@@jaredgates7743 Nah he has a valid excuse. When i was overweight, even slightly that led to more rejections and 0 reason to put myself out there. Getting below 14 percent BF made all the difference. No reason to force things if your not ready.
