@The_Matad0r. If you feel like playing Seek and Destroy again, now that you've unlocked all tanks and I assume you've brought everything from the Shop, then I dare you to do a challenge I came up with by myself on my own Seek and Destroy game. I call it "The Which One Am I Challenge". Here's how it works. There're 10 missions to do this challenge, but the key-point is the cutscenes of you blending in with The Proton Tanks. All tanks for these 10 mission must have SuperShell from Main Weapon, SP Engine from Engine, Spiky Cat from Travel, Hi-Reload, except only one of the tanks will be having NVG from Internal Devices, Mid Gear from Turret Gear, Ultra CPU from Computer, Multi High from Radar and finally, whatever Armor your tanks can carry without passing their weight limit. And now, here they are for you to take notes. 1, M5 Stuart, with Base Colour paint, for Mission 1, Beacon of the Counterattack. 2, LVTH6, with Plain Camouflage, for Mission 2, Save the Allies. 3, Same tank again, but with Forest Camouflage, for Mission 3, The Bridge in the Wilderness. 4, Stuart, with Urban Camouflage, for Mission 4, Blitz at Naldnick. 5, M4A1, with Urban Camouflage, for Mission 5, Win Back the Capital. 6, Back to the LVTH6 again, still with Forest Camouflage, for Mission 6, Defend. 7, M18 Hellcat, with Plain Camouflage, for Mission 7, The Battle of Zambneal. 8, Crusader Mk1, with Urban Camouflage, but the only tank that requires NVG instead of Hi-Reload from Internal Devices, for Mission 14, Flash of Explosion. 9, Bengurion, with Plain Camouflage, for Mission 17, Behind Enemy Lines. 10, Comet, with Plain Camouflage, for Mission 18, After the Dust Clears. Hint to cheat on Mission 18. Go to the right-side of the sea, wait for the boss to get close to you again, then run from the right-side of the seas to the left-side and go around the bridge. With the bridge between you and the boss and the boss down to 50% health, he'll charge at you, but will get stuck on his end off the bridge, making it more easy for you to shoot at him. So there you have my challenge for you on this game. Think you can pretend to be a normal Proton Tank by blending in? Good luck and have fun. By the way, if you have friends, or know others who also still plays Seek and Destroy, then feel free to pass this challenge on to them too, if you'd like. Also I don't if you are, or aren't already aware of this, but, but just in case if you aren't, in order to make Mission 1 work, basically once you've finished the story again, you click "save", then you quit the game by escaping from the first town and once you've quit and are back on the main-menu, click on "continue/load-game" and you can then be allowed to click on the "blue-chose-tank" bar, so you can pick the M5 Stuart. Again, best of luck to you on giving it a go yourself, along with my hint to cheat on Mission 18. As for some of the other missions that aren't involved in my challenge, if you want, you can use you own ace-tanks, or you can play as my personal two ace-tanks I'd love to share you. The S103 and the Maus. I have both of them equipped with Retro Bomb, 16-Missals, Blaster, MachCharge (especially on the Maus, since that tank's a little slower despite that engine), then the same other stuff I've mentioned in my challenge, Spiky Cat, Hi-Reload (except NVG at night), Mid Gear, Ultra CPU and Multi High. The only four differences are I have the Maus on Forest Camouflage (cause it's my favourite camo), it uses Jet, carries maximum Armor and because I'm seven-foot-tall, it's a big-tank, where as the S103 has Base Colour paint (becauce it looks better with it's black/grey livery matches the black/grey weapons and Propellers), it uses Propellers, carries light, or second-to-light Armor (dur to the weight limit) and because that tank's so short, the Blaster won't get in the way of the screen. One last thing. I'd love to see a remastered graphic version of Seek and Destroy on a PS5 and not only the sub-title-text should be improved much better, but the characters should have voice-actors playing as them and I'd love to see that our tank can get to talk too, since all our tank said was "WHAT" near the end on this video, when the King of Proton's hideout was found. Not only that but I wish we could play with two new paintjobs, the Proton paints like the Major, the Lt Gen, Jevons, the Captain and the two Kings and the Q-Stein black-paint. On my PS2 when I was young, I really wanted to play in the Major's blue-and-white-livery. Right, that's all, mate and one more time, enjoy having fun on my "Which One Am I Challenge" and my doing my hint to cheat on Mission 18.
@johnwilkins275 I'll have to look into this. I read most of it, but I'll have to take some notes when I am not busy. Thank you for the challenge! It might just end up getting recorded at some point.
I didn't know the 3-wheeler could get stuck. He sucks to fight, which is why I always wait on wings before I fight him. 😅 I didn't know about the ability to choose my setup on the first mission. When I was younger, I always wanted to use the fire blast shot on the first mission, but it is next to useless, even harmful, in the emperor fight. A remaster would be cool but very unlikely. This wasn't a popular game, to my knowledge. The only thing I disagree with is your desire for voice acting. I have voices for them in my head, so I likely would think the voice was wrong for the part. Give me the paints of all the allies and enemies, though, even if I have to use specific tank models to make it work. I wanna be Ahmadi in the last mission after he is destroyed. I wanna be Rhodeschild while rescuing Ahmadi. Maybe lock the character paints any time they're in mission or cutscene, but still.
@@the_matad0r342 Well, thanks to my advice about saving the game after finishing the story, escaping the first town to quit the game and then continuing on the main-menu, I guess you can finally make your wish of using your fire-blast-shot come true on your own tanks, mate.
