College Professor: 94 साल की ये प्रोफेसर फिजिक्स के साथ-साथ ज़िंदगी भी पढ़ाती हैं (BBC Hindi)

- 94 साल की प्रोफेसर सेंतम्मा, सेंचुरियन यूनिवर्सिटी में पढ़ाती हैं. कमाल की बात ये है कि इसके लिए वो हर रोज़ क़रीब 130 किलोमीटर ट्रैवल करती हैं. पिछले 75 साल से फिजिक्स पढ़ा रही प्रोफ़ेसर सेंतम्मा हर रोज़ आंध्र प्रदेश के विशाखापत्तनम से विजयनगरम आती हैं ताकि यूनिवर्सिटी में बच्चों को पढ़ा सकें. सेंतम्मा ने साल 1951 में बतौर फिजिक्स टीचर, आंध्र यूनिवर्सिटी ज्वाइन किया था. 1989 में वो रिटायर हो गईं. रिटायरमेंट के बाद भी उन्होंने यूनिवर्सिटी में पढ़ाना नहीं छोड़ा. फिलहाल वो सेंचुरियन यूनिवर्सिटी में बीएससी के छात्रों को जियामट्री ऑप्टिक्स और फिजिकल ऑप्टिक्स पढ़ा रही हैं. जानिए उनकी पूरी कहानी.

That is what I learnt from my grandfather who lived until 90s but was also working till end and was ways dedicated to learning. It was his cheerful and peaceful mind that kept him not just alive but he truly lived his life to serve a purpose
