Jams? No problem, just clean the printer. Printer: Jams when cleaning card inserted.
I had to send it back to Zebra to get repaired.
Where is the program at that cleaning is selected from on the beginning of the video? We use this same printer at our office and this screen isn't found anywhere. Who do I contact for help!?
Hi,it's just driver menu in control panel > devices and printers > right click on zebra and printing preferences.
