This is one of my favorite isekai. I have rewatched it so many times. I watch this anime when I'm having a rough time. Basically, an entire class gets summoned to another world. Hajime (main character) ends up betrayed by someone and ends up fighting for his life all alone. He becomes a lot stronger but also quite jaded. The other characters featured he meets along his journey. Hajime is my favorite character because he is such a complex character. My favorite female character is Yue, a vampire princess. Arifureta kinda sets the specific isekai trope where an entire class gets summoned to another world, then for one reason or another the MC ends up on his own route separate from the rest of the class, with the MC becoming totally overpowered and usually picking up a harem in the process. There have been others like it in recent seasons such as Failure Frame and Loner Life in Another World (and So I'm a Spider, So What? shares some elements of it as well), but Arifureta is probably the most popular and flag bearer of this specific kind of isekai.
I LOVE this anime!! His rise to power and revenge from a bullied pushover is EPIC. You NEED to watch this Gaz!! Minda-Ryn Opening 2 singer is such a good singer!!! She has so many good songs!
Web novel for this series is really fun to read. The author has been cooking so hard on the after story chapters that there are now more of those than the original main story.

I know the group "Creepy Nuts" is popular right now with their music for DanDaDan. However, another anime they did was the open and closing music to a vampire anime titled "Call of the Night." It's another banger themed music, but not sure if anyone knows it.
The vocalist for the Season 2 and 3 OPs ("Daylight" and "Unending Wish", respectively) is MindaRyn. The anisong you might know her from is likely "In Flames", OP2 from *That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime*; though I wholeheartedly recommend "Blue Rose Knows", ED1 from *By the Grace of the Gods*. Arifureta is my "hard to recommend" favorite from the last few years: a good story, told fairly well, but let down a bit by the animation. I remember reading the author saying it was a love letter to chūnibyō, and that tracks: there's no real "new" ground covered, but the ideas and tropes are put together in a way I find both interesting and endearing. As far as favorite character? For me, it's Yaegashi Shizuku, the swordswoman with the high pony tail and the shirt/jacket combo seemingly inspired by DC's Power Girl. I've got a soft spot for the "Prince who'd rather be a Princess" achetype.
it's a good anime, so here's some vague context if you are worried about any possibly unsafe parts. Hopefully no one gives actual spoilers. There's a bit of gore from limbs coming off. Nothing is shown, but main girl is still found without clothes. Has long hair for classic censorship. There's a dragon and the MC stabs a spot without scales with like a 5 foot steel spike. The bunnygirl does a few typical fanservice shots, no surprise there. but its shot more like a joke.
This is a good anime You should react to Trinity seven OP and ED And The Helpful fox senko-san OP and ED For the Senko-san OP the four minute one is a better version
Arifureta is one of my most hands down, all-time, top favorite anime/light novels. It just clicks with me, for entertainment value and personal reasons. Season 1 was trash as an adaptation, yet still it hooked me. Now, seasons 2 and 3 ar3 exponentially, astronomically better, with more effort, money, and love put into them. I'd 1000% recommend this series to anyone who digs fantasy, isekai, or edgy MCs.
Probably my favorite isekai! The story, the character development and interactions are very interesting. The action sequences are great. The only thing that would be considered a small negative, is some of the 3D. Other than that, I’d give this anime an 8.5-9/10….. anime you’d should definitely watch
Arifureta is bad ass. Here’s not much of a spoiler but comical. The mc jams a pole up a dragons ass haha. Really hope you get to checking out tower of gods new op and Ed both by stray kids. Night and falling up
I have a suggestion for Op/Ed- Sadamitsu The Destroyer. It's an older anime but a fun one! Edit: Arifureta is awesome and you should definitely watch it.

Shows decent, a lil out of pocket at times but I'd put it at a little above average. Also could you do Orb the movements of the earth when u get a chance. Only one op and ending.
The artist on OPs 2 and 3 is Minda Ryan if you really want to hear her cut loose listen to "Like Flames" which was the OP for season 2 of That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime" as for characters Yue (the blond loli) is by far best girl (second only to Kurumi Tokisaki) a good watch for the action (especially season 2)
